Ben Hill will oversee the day to day activities and lead the client career development team. Ben has over 25 years in talent management and producing content in New York and Los Angeles. Ben was born and raised in Boston, is a Harvard graduate, and a former Atlantic Records and HBO executive. Managed or co-managed clients such as Howie Mandel, Franklyn Ajaye, Paul Feig, Rudy Rush, and Jack Gallagher. Has produced film and television content and currently is serving as the executive producer on the feature film, “Salesmen”.

John Tobin is a lifelong Bostonian and has worked in the comedy business for almost thirty years. Tobin is a graduate of UMASS Boston and was elected to five terms on the Boston City Council. Today, As co-owner of Laugh Boston and his company, John Tobin Presents, John books and produces live comedy events at dozens of venues throughout New England.

Norm Laviolette is Co-Founder and CEO of the critically acclaimed Improv Asylum, an improv and sketch comedy theater in Boston and New York City. Having produced 10's of thousands of shows over 20 plus years, Improv Asylum is one of the leading comedy institutions in the USA. As Co-Founder and CEO of Laugh Boston, Norm helps lead a talented team of entertainment and comedy professionals to deliver what has been described by many comedians and audiences alike as one of the best live comedy experiences in the country. As a producer and writer, Norm continues to create and develop content for film, TV and the internet. Norm is looking forward to working with all of the talented individuals associated with Cingo Entertainment as creating more opportunities for the incredibly funny people he has the privilege to work with on a regular basis.
